The advantages and disadvantages of shopping at large supermarkets
Supermarkets are enormous building where you can find both easily and quickly the products you need.
There are certainly some advantages of shopping at huge supermarkets. To begin with, they offer you a larger variety of products, so that you have the ability to choose goods which are suitable for you. Moreover you can find cheaper products since they often have special offers. As a result you same money. Furthermore supermarkets are often located out of town so that they offer large parking areas which help you to find a parking space easily. Finally, they are open longer hours than small local shops. This gives you the opportunity to purchase goods whenever you want.
On the other hand a lot of drawbacks can be noticed. First of all big supermarkets service is more impersonal than a small shop?s staff. At local shops the employees are both polite and friendly and you know them well. In addition, large supermarkets are usually crowded at weekends, because everybody shops then. As a result you wait in queues for a long time and waste your time. What is more, it is a huge problem if you do not have a car because they are very difficult to reach being out of the town.
All things considered, I firmly believe people should shop at large supermarkets because nowadays is extremely important not only to buy it inexpensive products, but also to have a wide choice of them.

What is your opinion about school uniforms?
Many schools around the world oblige pupils to wear school uniforms. But a lot of schools allow their pupils to wear whatever they want. Both options have advantages and disadvantages but as i see it, it would be better to allows pupils to wear whatever they want.
First of all, wearing a school uniform helps pupils to cultivate a sense of order and learn to be obedient. If it is compulsory for every pupil to wear a uniform, they will understand that they can?t do whatever they want.
Another main advantage is that by wearing a uniform there is no competition between pupils. Everyone is the same and there is no discrimination between poor and rich students. No one can be teased or humiliated. It is also known that a uniform is less expensive than the designer clothes.
On the other hand, wearing a school uniform, is an outdated tradition. It makes pupils feel uncomfortable and older than they are. Also school uniforms are not elegant and they have no style.
Furthermore, nowadays most children have a lot of clothes. If they wear a uniform, their clothes will not be necessary. As a result, these clothes are left in their wardrobes.
Another disadvantage of wearing a uniform has to do with weather. Usually there is not a uniform for winter and another one for summer, so students have no choice but to wear the warm uniforms during the warm days and feel rather warm.
All in all, school uniforms were a very good solution but they had good effects in the past. I believe that the best option is every child to wear whatever clothes he or she.
